NICKSON IRL: Modern Calm at a Dallas Design District Studio

We recently wrapped a beautiful new project in the Dallas Design District — our first in this development. Modern and beautiful with simple open living floorplans, we were thrilled to help welcome our client home to her new studio space.

We had heard from our client that she loved soft, soothing colors within a homey environment. The space provided the perfect palate for our finished design which utilized soft, cool colors in blue and grays offset by little touches of gold. Our design thoughtfully broke up the studio apartment into a separate dining and sleeping space. Our client loved that the space felt like a calming retreat to come home to.
